Benesom is an office favorite for sleep aid. While we don’t want people to just take medicine to make themselves fall asleep, adding nutrition to help is something we love!

Adjustment

 Chiropractic can help you sleep better for a couple different reasons. When you are out of alignment, you tend to tighten your jaw joint and masseter muscles. In return, it will close down your airway while you lay down for bed. This can cause snoring, decreased oxygen, and make you never get to deep REM sleep. When you keep your neck in alignment, you will be ensuring you get the right amount of oxygen while you sleep. No more tossing and turning and being awake throughout the night.
