So many of us go on “fad diets” and “quick weight loss plans” to look good in our swimsuit for the summer but what if it didn’t have to just be for the summer? What if you could actually eat good quality foods and keep it off? What if you were actually ADDING to your health instead of just being “skinny” on the outside?
Knowing what to eat
Most people have the issue of not knowing which fruits and vegetables they should actually be eating. The answer is simple. Eat the ones you actually like! You should be enjoying your food and not using it as punishment. If you see it as dreadful you will end up giving it up.
The other problem is too many people spend so much money at the grocery store on organic vegetables and fruits they don’t like and end up throwing them away. After you throw them away you wonder why you even try in the first place. This is why you should taste test and find out which ones you actually will eat and stick to those. There is nothing wrong with repeating a veggie or fruit!
Benefits of plant based diet
There are so many benefits to eating a variety of fruits and vegetables that I couldn’t even fit it in one blog. They have tons of vitamins and minerals, they have a good amount of fiber we need and they help reduce your risk of heart disease.
Each fruit and vegetable has its own benefit so if there is anything in particular that you are looking for out of your fruits and vegetables, there is always google! Do some research and find out which ones could help you the most.
